Please, I need help to install plugin in Unreal 4,

I have downloaded plugins for Unreal Engine from the oficial link http://dev.unlimitedhand.com/downloads/
But I dont have sucess to run inside the engine, once my engine is source builded.

When I start some Project with the plugns inside, I got the following error:
