<p>Since the Creators Update 1803 setting the rate above 2 does not work anymore.<br />
My application is a simple media player, which plays video with different rates.<br />
On Windows 8 and 10 (&lt;=1709) everything works fine, but since the Creators Update the application hangs and video stands still when setting rate above 2.<br />

<p>If you try to deploy an app from Visual Studio 2015 Update 2 to a mobile device with the latest build of Windows 10 Mobile, the deployment may be blocked because of a connection problem (Windows Socket error code WSAETIMEDOUT, error code number -2147014836 or 0X8007274C).</p>

<p>&#8220;A required CD/DVD drive device driver is missing&#8221; or &#8220;A media driver your computer needs is missing&#8221;  Windows 8.1 and windows 10 Go fine but i do not want to use either one and cannot install windows 7 Any ideas? <p>I have a problem with the installation of adobe flash player activeX. I have windows 7 professional 32bit and internet explorer 8.0.7601.17514. When I try to install flash I get this error: impossible to record the activex control for flash player. How can I fix this problem?</p>

<p>I have uninstalled those from the software manager. removed anything to do with soapy/mirisdr and tried to remove that soapyaudio driver that keeps showing up instead of the RSP. Rebuilt soapysdr and sdrplay and still that blasted soapy audio driver shows up. I think i&#8217;m about to wipe the partition and do a fresh install of mint.
